LIV Construction renovated our bedroom into a beautiful spacious master bedroom. They were great to work with and very responsive to our questions! Very accommodating and quality of work is outstanding!!! My husband and I are very pleased with the end product. Very spacious closets which is my dream come true. And let’s not talk about the deck they built, huge! The owner, Stephen, very professional and easy to work with! I recommend them highly for your next project!

We had an excellent experience with LIV Construction and would absolutely recommend them. Stephan was great to work with throughout the entire process of repairing our garage that was damaged.
From the beginning, he took the time to evaluate what needed to be done and provided us with a very thorough and detailed quote, so we knew exactly what to expect before the work started. Communication was excellent, and once we decided to move forward, he was able to get the work scheduled and completed quickly.
What we appreciated most was how responsive Stephan was throughout the project. He genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy with the finished product and was very receptive to our feedback. Whenever we had a question or concern, he listened and addressed it immediately without hesitation.
The work was completed efficiently and professionally, and we are very pleased with how our garage turned out. It can be difficult to find a contractor who communicates well, follows through, and stands behind their work, and we felt that Stephan did all of those things.
We had a very positive experience with Stephan and LIV Construction and would not hesitate to use them again for a future project. Highly recommend!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have initial phone call, then a actual on-site walkthrough to go over project , I send over quote / estimate , permits if needed are pulled if job requirements are there , i normally try to start projects within 2 weeks , I keep all customers up to date on progress and I’m available at anytime if questions or concerns
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Class A Builder / Contractor license and Real Brokers License
