James was very knowledgeable and got my pool up and running in no time! He is an expert in his field, professional, and kind. He even gave me advice on how to maintain it once he was finished. If I could give 10 stars I would!

At first, the interaction went well and I was happy to find some help. James recommended a new filter because the one I had was supposedly not powerful enough. He purchased a $550 filter, but instead of using my credit card directly, he charged $750 to his square and never gave me a receipt to show the true cost of the filter. I then paid another $475 to have it installed, which only took a few hours. I also hired him to clean the pool on top of the install. After several days, it was still cloudy. I reached out over this concern, but I was completely ghosted. I have a salt water pool because I have trouble with chemicals, but he poured so much shock into it that 22 days later it still smells intensely of the chemical. What’s worse, the brand new filter I just sunk $1225 for is not working and I haven’t heard back from James at all. I wasted so much money to now have a bigger problem than I had before. This is unbelievable, unprofessional, and I was totally ripped off.
