Jamar and his team did a great job on identifying the issue I had with my plumbing and making sure everything was fixed. Sometimes finding work on Thumbtack can be sketchy, but Jamar made me feel comfortable from the get go and was very professional and kind throughout the process. If I have any future plumbing issues I’ll be calling Big Lion!

The pro was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the garbage disposal and also repaired a leak in the toilet. Everything was done efficiently, and they made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I appreciated the clear communication and quality work. I would definitely recommend and would use them again.

Jamar was excellent to work with. He was professional, on time, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. After I spent half the day trying to DIY my plumbing issue, he came in, assessed the situation quickly, identified the problem, and got it fixed. He even gave me a little grace after my own attempts to tackle it first. 😅 What I appreciated most was that he took the time to explain what was going on, completed the repair efficiently, and cleaned up after himself before leaving. If you're looking for someone who is reliable, courteous, and knows what they're doing, I highly recommend Jamar. Thank you again for the great service!
