fast response to my outreach and timeliness to repair and install faucets. once working on the faucets he found other pipe issues that he also fixed with parts he brought with him. no additional fee for coming back a second time due to access to water shut off. will certainly hire again.

Jamal (BigLion Plumbing) was absolutely great! He contacted me within minutes of me putting my request out on Thumbtack on Thursday when I walked past my tub and found it running water and I was unable to turn it off. (Another plumber within 5 miles of me took until the following Tuesday just to return my initial phone cal...well after Jamal had already fixed my problem.) I explained my situation to him (tub faucet would not turn off, one of my two bathroom sinks had been turned off for years due to a leaky faucet and my loathing of doing plumbing myself...and I had just found that the other sink was flooding the cabinet). I told him that I wanted 2 sink faucets replaced and the tub faucet replaced. He gave me an estimate over the phone and said he had an opening as soon as Sat. Jamal arrived on time, with excellent communication between us from Thursday through Saturday so that I never was left out of the loop on when he would arrive. He went out of his way to return one faucet to a nearby Lowes when it was found to be broken, bringing a replacement back and finishing the job with no issues. He was very personable and knowledgeable and was patient with all my nosy questions as he was installing three faucets, 3 sets of cutoff valves and new supply lines for all fixtures. The only thing I would change about Jamal's business is that I would move him closer to my location so that he would not have to drive so far to be my permanent "go to" plumber. But as long as he's willing to make the long trek, BigLion and Jamal will be the plumber I contact for any other work I need done.
