Jamar and his team did a great job on identifying the issue I had with my plumbing and making sure everything was fixed. Sometimes finding work on Thumbtack can be sketchy, but Jamar made me feel comfortable from the get go and was very professional and kind throughout the process. If I have any future plumbing issues I’ll be calling Big Lion!

Jamar arrived for our appointment to fix a leak we’d noticed coming from the shower head. He quickly determined that the leak was isolated at the shower head itself and was not an actual leak in the plumbing of our home as we’d suspected. As such, there was really nothing for him to fix, since we didn’t have a replacement shower head in hand (and that’s also something we can handle changing out ourselves). Despite the time spent, Jamar declined payment for our service call. We are so thankful for his kindness and will certainly call on him again when needed.

Jamar is honestly the best. he amazing person in general. not only does he fix your plumbing, but he explains to you why this happens in detail and how to prevent it. He’s very dedicated to his work and he’s very solid with communication. I would never call a big corporation company as long as he’s here. his charisma is very genuine. He makes you feel like he’s your family with many years of experience working on your plumbing.
