- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on a custom quote designed to meet your specific project goals. We are happy to discuss your project in detail so that we can put together a realistic quote for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1. Talk to us. We listen and ask questions to make sure we understand what you want, why and what impact it will have if we work together. Step 2. We put together a proposal with a quote range showing a minimum, maximum and median. This includes our recommended course of action and some details on what we'll do for the quoted price and the timeline. Step 3. We present the proposal and answer an remaining questions you may have so you feel confident in hiring us. All we need to get started is a deposit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I served as the CEO of two chambers of commerce from 1995 to 2002 where I was named one of the region's Top 20 Under 40, and the 2011 Small Business Advocate of the Year. I've helped hundreds of small businesses launch and grow over my career. My business partner Stan Kingma has more than 30 years experience in running a successful ad agency, taught at Va. Tech for 14 years and was Seniour VP of Marketing at a large glass manufacturer with 3,000 employees. With our combined talents and the skills of our team, we can handle your project.
