At first we had a misunderstanding because one of the techs did not call me or text me to tell me he wasn't showing up as planned but James called me and made sure he apologized and came out when he could for me in the schedule. He personally came and did the job with so much patience. He also guided us on a number of things we asked him about. He was so professional humble and very nice. This company by far hands down beats all the others. Recommend isn't the word. I will NOT use another company that's not his. PLUMBING DOCTOR IS THE BEST! We have a $55 dispatch fee that is waived if you choose to move forward with the work.

Customer calls in, we book the call, technician goes out and provides options. Customer chooses what’s best for them and the technician completes the task.
