- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our customers know that our prices and fees are straight forward and competitive. You will receive a clear quote from us that outlines what is and is not included in the price. You won't have to guess what your project will cost you in the end when you choose us for your home repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our new customers can expect an open line of communication from beginning to end. After your initial request we will quickly respond to you to obtain any clarifying information needed. If your project can be quoted online you will then receive a detailed quote from us, if not then we will schedule a date for a free consultation. After booking, we will confirm with you again before the date of your appointment. Our policies require half of the fee up front and half upon completion for all projects longer than one day.

We have worked with customers of all varieties. From commercial customers who know exactly what they want or need to residential customers who simply know they have a job that needs to be done. No matter where you fall you rest assured that we will get your project completed accurately and affordably.
