- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is a real trick in this business because the old saying is so true location, location, location. Not just location is important anymore but pricing your property to to at the top of the list for sells is most important. Get an appraisal prior to putting your house on the market.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have to leagally have only 16 hours of continuing education but I surpass that number of hours every two years by getting more education then what is required.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was a little girl, I'd see those Century 21 commercials. I loved those gold jackets and imagined myself wearing a gold jacket. Well, I haven't worked for that company but, have realized the dream of selling houses and building life changing relationships.
