Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I care deeply about my client's well being and hold the vision of their success. I don't see anyone as broken or needing to be fixed. I have a deep "toolbox" of processes to help clients grow, feel better, trust their own answers and become empowered to move forward on their own. While I am always available for "refreshers" for former clients, my goal is to teach people how to access those tools for themselves so they no longer need me. I'm not about keeping clients for years on end. I love it when I hear or see a client make a shift or have a big "Ah ha" moment! That is so rewarding for me!

Before I began working with Estra I was feeling the pressure of succumbing once again to a family health crisis, in this case my mother's dementia, which in turn could override any plans for my own well-being in the present and/or future. Ten years of dealing with my former high pressured company, ailing dad and my late husband's horrible suffering and subsequent death, had all but convinced me that my intuitive skills for my self "centering" and "balance" were out of my reach. A dismal and depressing thought - scenarios that do not fit my generally positive psyche! After working with Estra the real, authentic Sarah has re-emerged! Happy, comforted, balanced and joyful inside and out! Not Susie cream-cheese; just very content to be me, honoring my own guidance system, relying on my intuition, which happily never really left me AND I'm able to navigate the ups and downs of Mother's health circumstances with a modicum of calm. Four months of working with a coach is essential to purge the old and bring in the new! Thank you Estra for your guidance and gifts that have helped me revamp my "tool kit" for making a calm heart and quiet mind the "go to" points of my self nurturing. As a person with strong Faith values I feel that my prayers were answered....for this I am very grateful.

I want to thank you from my heart for helping me to find out what my purpose is. Before I began working with you, I had no sense of what I wanted to do with my life and felt like I had no direction. But in working with you, you helped me to figure out what I wanted to do. And you helped me to realize that I didn't need to know exactly how I was going to do it, and that it would happen in time. I had to really work on that part, and it was so worth it. You gave me the tools and support I needed to realize my purpose. I am forever grateful to you and I can't thank you enough!!

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Yes, I am always adding to the "toolbox" I mentioned earlier. I have gotten further training as an Advanced PSYCH-K® facilitator to more deeply help people shift into beliefs that support their goals. I continue to network with other coaches and share techniques, tools, tips and do peer coaching.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got into coaching because I had been through my own life crisis and felt like I wanted to help others. I really didn't know life coaching existed when I was going through my life changes. It would have made it a lot easier and quicker if I had known! but I did gain clarity that I wanted to help people in some way, such as my models like Marci Shimoff, Jack Canfield, and Janet Attwood. I was invited to a call explaining about a coach training program and I knew right away that was what I wanted to do.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be sure you are a good match for working together. If you feel like you don't "click" with a coach, respect yourself enough to look for another one. This doesn't mean that coach is a bad coach. It just means he or she may not be right for you. We all have our personalities and ways of delivering coaching, so you want to do some discovery sessions before choosing.
