OMG! we come into work and it actually smells clean, we never had that before and the carpets look cleaner and all they do is vacum, but they are using a commercial vacum, not a residental. The sinks, counter tops and bathrooms are very clean. The toilets actually have blue water. I didn't know it but an employee hid trash on the floor in corners behind objects where other cleaning companies never picked up but P.A.L. got it. P.A.L. is thorough and they pay attention to detail. They care about the quality of their work, always ask if we are pleased and the communication is outstanding. I think maybe the first initial deep cleaning was not deep enough. Other than that everyone is extremely happy with the quality of work in which P.A.L. is providing to the company 2 days a week :) The quality is execelent and affordable. I am so glad we changed cleaning companies and that PAL is with us.

The owner of PAL responded to my call and showed up personally to clean my apartment. I was kind of weary at 1st because they do mostly corporate cleanings and their website specifically says that they are not a maid service. However, after speaking to Patrick and reviewing the detailed cleaning list he provided me, I was more at ease. He showed up on time and stayed 4 hours to make sure my place was cleaned properly. In comparison to most hourly quotes I received, his price was very responsible. He cleaned out my oven and microwave, which most places will not do without an additional fee. He also washed the inside of my windows, which even with the more moderately priced quotes, was still about 25$. This service was included in the package with P.A.L. My hardwood floors looked wonderful after he steam mopped them. He pledged my wood furniture, however, anything on top of the dressers and shelves were not dusted and some of the bottom shelves in my apartment were not cleaned off. In his defense though, he did specify up front that they were not a maid service. I guess that includes dusting of personal affects. Overall Patrick did a good job of detail cleaning my kitchen, floors, baseboards, ect... even after the breaker blew a fuse and he had to clean the hall way and back room with only the light from my windows! Plus, after 4 hours of nonstop detail cleaning, I can see why dusting does not seem to be a priority. I just learned that PAL will not be offering residential services in the Richmond area any longer. I am sad about that, however, if you need a commercial cleaning or residential cleaning in NOVA, I would recommend P.A.L. Corporate Cleaning.

I recently purchased a home and wanted it cleaned prior to me and my family moving in. Patrick with P.A.L. Cleaning gave me the most detailed quote of all the different companies that responded to my request and he was the quickest to respond to my email about his quote. Two days after speaking with him he came by to conduct a walk-through of my home to give me an exact price and time frame of the cleaning. He came a week later and cleaned from top to bottom. The house was in slightly below average condition when we bought it so we wanted the bathrooms, kitchen, baseboards and high dusting to be the focal points of the cleaning. Patrick and his crew did a great job and did everything he said they would do in a timely and efficient manner. The actual price came in a little above the quoted price but it was not much and the cleaning was great so i definitely got my monies worth. I also needed a old washer and dryer hauled away, so Patrick came by the next day with his personal truck and trailer and hauled it away for a great price. I'd definitely recommend P.A.L. Cleaning Services.

I had a very good experience in all respects with P.A.L. I needed to have the house I had rented for two years cleaned in a very short time frame in order to meet a deadline and qualify for a return of a security deposit. The owner (Patrick) was very easy to deal with. He responded promptly to my work request with an estimate, set up an appointment to do the work the next day, and showed up right when he said he would. There was a small increase in price from the estimate based on extra work that had to be done in the house but the price was very fair and the work was done well. I highly recommend P.A.L. for others looking for this type of service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Move-In/Move-Out Clients- We try to schedule an in-person estimate prior to the cleaning in which will be able to give an exact price. If an in-person estimate isn't possible we will ask for the general condition of the space, how many bathrooms and bedrooms and overall size of the home. From there we are able to provide a rough estimate. Estimates can increase up to 20% based on the condition of the space upon our arrival to clean. Commercial/Janitorial Clients-An in-person estimate is necessary in order to determine the needs of the specific client.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common tyoe of cleaning that we perform are janitorial and general office cleaning. Most of our clients have 3-5 day a week cleaning programs. We have clients in the IT, Law and Healthcare fields. The next common jobs we perform are Move-In/Move-Out Cleanings. We prepare apartments, townhouses and single family homes for sale or rent. Our clients include Realtors, lawyers, property managers and owners and renters who need properties cleaned prior or right after the sale or rental of a property. We also specialize in Commercial Janitorial Services.
