- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Move-In/Move-Out Clients- We try to schedule an in-person estimate prior to the cleaning in which will be able to give an exact price. If an in-person estimate isn't possible we will ask for the general condition of the space, how many bathrooms and bedrooms and overall size of the home. From there we are able to provide a rough estimate. Estimates can increase up to 20% based on the condition of the space upon our arrival to clean. Commercial/Janitorial Clients-An in-person estimate is necessary in order to determine the needs of the specific client.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common tyoe of cleaning that we perform are janitorial and general office cleaning. Most of our clients have 3-5 day a week cleaning programs. We have clients in the IT, Law and Healthcare fields. The next common jobs we perform are Move-In/Move-Out Cleanings. We prepare apartments, townhouses and single family homes for sale or rent. Our clients include Realtors, lawyers, property managers and owners and renters who need properties cleaned prior or right after the sale or rental of a property. We also specialize in Commercial Janitorial Services.
