It was a difficult and anxiety provoking situation finding out that my basement needed structural repair and a sump pump system. But I owe a huge thank you to the JES crew that worked on my project. Nick Garst, David Lombard, Greg Elmore and Matt Ireland were highly professional, took time to answer my questions and worked efficiently. My new 'water control system' (drains, sump) were installed yesterday as Hurricane Helene visited the Blue Ridge Mountains. My crew (Jason Butler, Raijohn Metcalf, Stacey Scott, and Joel Woodley) met the storm head on! What a fantastic job. They were there on time (this is a big deal for me), knew the job, had everything needed to do it, and got it done! They were courteous, careful, and tremendously hardworking - even as the water seeped in through the foundation. Amazing. I would totally recommend this crew and JES Foundation repairs. This hopefully solved a 30 year problem and the new system will give me back a big section of my basement - soon to be a Man Cave.
