It was a difficult and anxiety provoking situation finding out that my basement needed structural repair and a sump pump system. But I owe a huge thank you to the JES crew that worked on my project. Nick Garst, David Lombard, Greg Elmore and Matt Ireland were highly professional, took time to answer my questions and worked efficiently. I really appreciate the thorough inspection Adam Wright in service gave me. Upon arrival, he introduced himself and was friendly with a smile. He introduced himself as my JES Guy and handed me a business card. He was polite and courteous. He noticed a major leak under my house and helped me find a plumber to fix it. Called 4 plumbers to find one. He showed me videos that help me understand my crawlspace and the existing problems to it and proceded to help me resolve them. Hydrostatic pressure wasn't a problem where I lived previously, so this whole experience was a new one for us. We knew the project had to be tackled and found JES . The salesman was informative and not pushy. They stayed in touch leading up to the installation and throughout permitting. I had some concerns about a few sections of the project after the installation and was able to get it addressed, no problems, or push back. They even cared about making sure the area was sufficiently cleaned afterward, so that was a plus!Overall, communication is key, and you won't be left dissatisfied. Would use and recommend again.
