Had a great experience with the initial meeting with the folks who did the quote. They seemed very professional, took a lot of notes, and they seemed to understand the scope of work - to scrape old paint off facia, soffits and gables and apply 2 coats of paint, Repair/caulk any open areas. A quote came back the next day. It seemed reasonable and we accepted. We were told the work would take 1 day possibly into the 2nd day. This seemed reasonable as well. The workmen, they worked less than 4 hours then came to the door wanting payment. My husband was out when they finished. We received an invoice immediately. On reviewing the work, we could see where they had missed some of the worst parts of the facia and gables we had asked to be scraped and painted. We had to tell them to come back and fix it. They came back and added another coat of paint. It did not look like they scraped it very well, still looked rough but at least there was paint coverage. We don't feel like they spent enough time prepping the areas to be painted (scraping the old paint) the wood still looks quite rough in some places. We paid and moved on because we have to get our house sold. Probably would not use 4 Walls again.
