Very professional gentleman. Seem to be honest and I didnt feel like he was trying to get over when I was speaking with him. His price was reasonable and he got the job done. I can only hope that the chemical used worked but of course it's too soon to tell. But overall, you won't be disappointed in the company.

They came out provided quote and scheduled time to remove rodent. They claimed to have come to do the work. There’s no record on the video camera. When I called to inquire, they gave me a reschedule date. They were a no show without notification and did not call or respond to text. I very disappointed in their unprofessional manner.

It was not until you finally responded did you tell us that you found someone else to do the work. We were trying to confirm with you that we were still on schedule and headed out your way. I am sorry, but we will not dispatch our technicians without a confirmation that someone will be there.

1. Contact the customer after receiving their request. 2. Find a date and time when we can inspect and evaluate the property. 3. Listen to the customers need. 4. Review the details of treatments, time frame, and any additional services that may be required. 5. Embrace questions from the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our technicians are trained and registered with the Department of Agriculture. Our technicians must attend a training class every two years. New technicians are trained with our commercial applicator, or our field manager.
