FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the location, severity and access to the dent. In most cases a standard dent repair will run between $160 and $200. Payments: Square, Venmo, Cash, Check Hail repairs naturally will cost more because more time and skill is involved in the entire repair process. Most insurance companies will refer their customers to The Dent Pro for standard damage, since the cost of the repair is typically lower than the deductible. Keep in mind that paintless dent repair allows you to keep your original factory paint and the manufacturers warranty is still intact. Estimates are free and if you have a **** phone that takes pictures, get a couple of shots of your damage and send it to my ****.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I would say that seventy percent of the repairs are door dings. People that have allowed their car door to hit the customers car, either on one of the doors, fenders or quarter panels. Most of these dents are nickel to quarter size in diameter and are maybe 1/8" in depth, shallow not sharp centers. The paint is not broken or chipped and there may be a scuff mark from the door doing the damage. As long as the dent is at least one inch from the edge of the door, fender or quarter panel, then in most cases it is repairable.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice would be to ask questions. ANY question is important. The more you educate yourself about any provider the better you are at choosing the right provider for your need. Credibility is important in any business and we deliver it everyday.
