What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge $80 for the first hour then $55 an hour after. Then what ever the material cost would be for the job. The first Saturday of each month and the last Sunday of each month I do 50% off of the hourly rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the customer and what that customer wants done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 years commercial electrical experience and 2 years of handyman experience
