Our BBQ is slow smoked to ensure excellent taste and tenderness. We have several meat and side options to satisfy all tastes.

Southern Smokin' BBQ catered my outdoor wedding reception and they were wonderful. Mary was so easy to talk to and she answered all of my random questions. It has been over 2 weeks since the reception and people are still talking about how good their food was. I highly recommend them for any event you are having and would definitely use their services again.

I hired Mary to cater my wedding through Thumbtack after having a not so great experience getting a quote from a local bbq place and I wad so glad I did! First of all, she immediately gave me a quote for exactly what I asked for within my budget. I talked to her on the phone and she was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. At the wedding, she was prompt, professional and the food was amazing! Everything was setup perfectly, the buffet line ran very smoothly, the food was always abundant and never ran low and I'm still hearing rave reviews from my guests about how delicious everything ex. The mac and cheese was definitely a crowd favorite! I would highly recommend Southern Smokin' BBQ for your next catered event.

I cannot even begin to express how amazing Southern Smoke BBQ was catering my daughter and new son in laws wedding and rehearsal dinner! Their prices were so reasonable. We were feeding about 170 people and they had no problems at all. The food was amazing, and I mean that because all of our guests have still been raving and asking for their contact information. They were also friendly and just delightful to be around. Thank you guys for a fantastic weekend!

We used Southern Smokin' BBQ for our wedding catering. The food was absolutely amazing! We received so many complements from friends and family! The best part was how affordable it was and how accommodating Mary was! Highly recommend!

We were searching for a caterer at Pocahontas State park for a family reunion and we went on thumbtack and Southern Smokin' BBQ responded. They went our of their way for us to get a sample of the food. On the day of the event, they were prompt, set up the food and served it. It was delicious and everyone in the family loved it. Of course there was a discussion on which sauce people like better the sweet and tangy or the NC style with vinegar. No matter which one they used it was delicious. They cleaned up and gave us the leftovers. I was very happy with them and would use them again!
