FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects personalized, trauma-informed care and the time, expertise, and preparation that goes into each client’s support. Rates vary based on the type of service, session length, and level of support, with options for one-on-one coaching, packages, and group offerings. I focus on sustainable, high-quality care rather than one-size-fits-all sessions. Pricing is always discussed transparently during the discovery call so clients can choose the option that best fits their needs and capacity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a discovery conversation to understand the client’s goals, challenges, and current capacity. From there, we create a personalized, trauma-informed plan that focuses on nervous system regulation, realistic pacing, and whole-person support. Sessions are collaborative and flexible, allowing us to adjust as the client’s needs and energy change. Throughout the process, I provide practical tools, gentle accountability, and ongoing support to help clients build sustainable progress without pressure or overwhelm.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring a strong blend of formal education, professional certifications, and lived experience into my coaching practice. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Master’s degree in Nutrition, which provide a solid clinical foundation for understanding the mind–body connection, chronic stress, and overall health. My additional certifications and training include Master Trainer, Holistic Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Exercise Therapy, Youth Fitness, and Transformation Specialist. I am also trained in trauma-informed and nervous-system–aware coaching approaches, allowing me to support clients safely and sustainably. This combination of healthcare knowledge, movement science, nutrition, and trauma-informed coaching allows me to support clients holistically, addressing mindset, stress, physical wellbeing, and long-term resilience rather than surface-level change.
