FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest option, and we don’t try to be. Our pricing in the middle to fair range based on proper licensing, insurance, experienced in-house crews, and work that’s designed to last — not temporary or cosmetic fixes. Most of our clients choose us because they want the job done correctly the first time, without surprises or shortcuts. Financing is available for larger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding the problem and making sure the project is a good fit. For larger repairs or remodels, we inspect the area, document conditions with photos, and provide a clear written scope and price. Our focus is identifying structural, plumbing, or moisture issues up front so there are no surprises later. We only schedule work once the scope is clear and expectations are aligned.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our work is overseen by the owner, a licensed Class-A Virginia Building Contractor and Licensed Plumber. Our crews are experienced tradespeople, not subcontracted day labor. We focus on structural integrity, moisture control, and code-compliant construction — not surface-level fixes.
