Patriot crawl space was awesome! First, James was great with the initial inspection and gave us peace of mind that the problems werent as bad as we anticipated. Then, Robbie provided an honest assessment of what was going on with our foundation and didnt try to sell us something we didnt need. He provided different options and his opinion of what should be done to fix the issues. Lastly, their price was absolutely within reason of the work to be performed. The contract spelled everything out and was itemized to know what exactly we were paying for. And the communication throughout the process was fluid. Highly recommend Patriot, you wont be disappointed!

I had multiple service companies come out to my home to inspect what was believed to be a settling issue with my foundation. One company stated they needed to underpin my foundation due to shifting. The repairs needed would start at $20K. I wanted to get a second quote and Robbie from Patriot came out immediately to review the proposed work. After meeting with him, he told me my crawl space needed to be cleaned up and there were in fact no issues with the foundation. I asked if I could pay him for his time and for saving me money. Robbie stated, "This is what we do, we work to provide value to our customers and save them money when available and not do unnecessary work." I tried again to pay Robbie who again restated he would not take any money as foundation repairs were not needed. Do yourself a favor and call this company who does business the right way!

Like so many others before me, I have to recommend Patriot Crawl Space Repairs for any and all crawl space issues that a person may be having with their home. Because of the television advertisements of other companies that I have seen promoting crawl space treatments and their over-dramatization of crawl space issues, I was skeptical about dealing with any company at all. But from all of the positive reviews of Patriot Crawl Space Repairs, I felt that I and my family had to give owners Robbie and April an opportunity to give us their appraisal. And I am so happy that we did!Robbie personally performed our inspection and then gave us a very comprehensive and detailed photo presentation of the problems and what needed to be done to correct and stop the deterioration, which, honestly, was significant given the age of the home. He answered every question with understandable and common sense explanations of how his recommendations would resolve our concerns. After researching pricing, we felt confident that Robbie's estimate was VERY competitive for the Hampton Roads area, and we have no regrets whatsoever that we hired this dedicated, organized, and highly professional company. Before asking you to sign a contract, we inspect the framing, subfloor, and plumbing whenever possible so hidden problems are identified up front, not after demolition begins. Financing is available for larger projects.

We start with an in-home consultation to discuss your goals, budget, and timeline. For remodeling projects, we inspect the framing, subfloor, and plumbing before preparing an estimate so potential issues are identified early.
