The customer should know that the price of any job could go up or go down or stay the same. To determine a price, I will come give a free estimate by taking into account all of the services needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to introduce myself, get to know my customer, and assure them that I can do all the services they are in need of. Also I can provide examples of my previous jobs for reassurance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained myself by gaining knowledge through researching what products to use to get maximal results.
