I live in a very old house, circa 1900, that has been through at least 2 floods. The house was never fixed when this happened, just patched. By the time we purchased the house it needed a total redo of all the floors. We are talking joists, surround and supports. Chris came over and gave us a free estimate and a couple of options for how to proceed. We opted for the complete tear out and rebuild and it was fairly priced so we went ahead. The crew showed up the next Monday at 11am and they had the first floor torn up and rebuilt that same day. The impressive thing is that it was done correctly. There were no signs of rushing, everything was done professionally and the floor is very sturdy. They moved on to the rest of the floors over the week and each one was done with same care and concern. Pepe, the crew leader at the house, was very conscientious and took great care of our belongings and went above and beyond to ensure the floors were safe. Chris was always available to us to answer questions and get our approval if changes needed to be made. He was very gracious and knowledgeable and did not mind explaining things if we needed it. I would highly recommend this company and Chris.
