What a fabulous dinner we had! Meagan was efficient, friendly, sweet and above all else, an amazing chef! Our eight grandkids - who fuss over food like all 5-10 year olds - went to the kitchen to thank her ON THEIR OWN because they looooved the chicken nuggets and mac & cheese. And the adult menu was superb! Unbelievable lampchop and crab appetizers and mouth-watering steak and chicken piccata for the entrees. Everyone loved even the green beans. Strawberry shortcake for dessert and we're still talking about the shortcake. We didn't think to take photos until it was all over. A shame but a culinary triumph, judged by the rapid disappearance of every dish. Endless cheers for Chef Meagan!

Everything was amazing! Megan was great to work with. Starting with the communication, execution, and quality of food! I decided to host a birthday party for my husband last minute. My husband and guests had the best time and enjoyed every second. Mission accomplished :) I will be reaching out to Palate Sensations again soon!

Chef Meagan was absolutely incredible, as was her assistant Magda. They were punctual, efficient, and made the space work. We had 13 people with lots of music, and that did not phase their preparation. They were so pleasant, and the food was SUPERB. There was not thing that was not 10/10. Everybody was stuffed. The versatility of the types of food that she can make was just so impressive, and everything was fresh and perfectly cooked. If I had more room, I would plug EVERYTHING, but if you have to remember one thing to add to your menu, add her toffee crunch cheesecake. I am confident that whatever you pick, regardless of your event, you will be satisfied. I will be using this group as much as I can going forward!

Meagan cooked the most delicious four course dinner for four as we celebrated my birthday. She was incredibly responsive via email and text as we planned the menu. The day of, Meagan showed up on time and ready with all the necessary cookware (and cleaning supplies too!). She worked within our budget and truly overdelivered! The presentation was perfect, but we were too busy devouring our meal to take any photos! We enjoyed lobster and shrimp flatbread, a warm strawberry kale salad, halibut/ribeye surf & turf, and chocolate torte with hand-whipped cream. We even had enough leftover for dinner the next day. She was also an absolute delight as she popped in/out to serve. I am not thinking of MORE private events to host just to hire her again. Do not hesitate to reach out to her! You will not be disappointed.
