The relationship with Blacktop was OK until I noticed the first problem…the dropped asphalt on the concrete sections of my driveway…they sent 2 employees who could only remove approximately half of the dropped asphalt. The owners never contacted me after this incident. The second more significant problem is with asphalt loosening because it was not secured with an asphalt roller…I asked about this and was told by Olivia that was normal. Also, I never received a receipt or care instructions after the job was completed even though I was told by Mike that the info would be sent to me.
