Their work is top notch, detail oriented and delivered master craftsman level results. They were here for 3 days and cleaned and vacuumed at the end of each day. Jeff and Shane were great to work with. I received an estimate within 24 hours from the pictures posted with my job details. The price was fair for the work required. We did end up going a little over the original estimate due to some last minute customization, and additional work that was needed, not made evident in the photos, to properly install the staircase railings. I fully expected this so it was not an issue.

Shane and his crew have been a life saver. I have been trying to get a project completed for quite a while and have been let down. Shane and his crew have picked up the pieces and moved forward. He has restored my confidence in hiring contractors. I am excited to see the finished product. I will post again once completed.

We hired Shane to add a bedroom in our already finished basement. He won the bid on price, but also because he had really good ideas about how to reconfigure the space, which made it much more useful, and also attractive. He added a built-in shelf to one area, which is really beautiful and enhances the space tremendously. Based on Shane's work in the basement, we hired him to tear a wall out in our dining room, and add a door to another room in order to create a home office. We are planning to continue with more renovations, and intend to hire J&S for everything. They are easy to work with, and communicate clearly about changes of scope, and any issues that come up. We are very happy with the quality of the work as well.

Our pricing is based on each unique project and client's taste or desires.

1- Initial telephone call for introduction and schedule an Estimate. 2- Establish clients needs. (Must haves) 3- Discuss budget and options. Each Client's experience is different but this is our initial process.

Our Senior Executive operations Manager is a Certified Lead Carpenter through National Association of Remodel Inc.. (NARI) Lead paint Certified.
