Gage was excellent. He explained how to care for our refinished bathtub surface. A plumber scratched the bathtub surface and Gage returned to fix the scratch at no charge. We highly recommend his service.

It's my first time using Virginia tub & tiles. Their response time to my request to reglaze my tub was amazing. The house was being rehab. so the timing to reglaze the tub was unpredictable on our part. Virginia tub & tile was generous with their flexibility. Gage arrived on time at the property, but no one was their to let him in. He was very patient and considerate with my confusion of the schedule that was given to me. Gage came back after he was done with his other job site that same day. The tub looks new again. His quality of work, customer service, and professionalism were exceptional. I'm from out of town, so he sent me pictures of the finished project. This is the kind of company that deserves everyone's trust and business. I will spread the word.

Make sure to do research, unfortunately a lot of companies cut corners and then leave the customer stranded. The more information given by the company up front is one way to know if they know what they are doing.
