Ashley was wonderful and I could not be happier with the finished work. She did carpet cleaning and a move out clean for me. She was flexible with my hit and miss schedule and kept me updated on her arrival time and progress with my project. I had initially hired a different company to render carpet cleaning services at my residence/home office. They never showed. I contacted Ashley that evening and she was at my front door 1 day later! She arrived on time and briefed me on how she does her work and what to expect. It only took her about 3 hours and she was finished. My carpets looked great! They look even better after drying completely. She took her time and it definitely shows in her work. I plan on hiring her again when it’s time to have my carpets done in a few months.

She was punctual arrived on time and put it some hard work to get my carpets cleaned after my tenant let her dogs destroy them. She talked me through the process and her prices were fair. I would hire her again for any future cleanings.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I did a tile job for Fredericksburg Trane Supply. The tile didn't have any sealer or wax on it so the wear and tear was all on the tile. This job took about ten hrs to complete. The transformation of this floor was amazing and customer was extremely satisfied!
