- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the actual scope of work, not estimated time selected online. A service visit minimum applies, with final pricing confirmed after reviewing the work in person. Materials are billed separately. I focus on small repairs and maintenance; large remodels and permit-required work are not offered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers start by submitting a service request with basic details and photos if available. I review the request, confirm scope, and clarify expectations before scheduling. During the service visit, I verify the work needed and confirm pricing based on the actual scope. Work is completed professionally with clear communication throughout. I focus on small repairs and ongoing maintenance, not large remodels or permit-required projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive hands-on experience supported by formal job safety and equipment training. My background includes safety-focused work practices, proper tool and equipment operation, and industry-standard repair methods. I am currently completing a contractor licensing exam and additional home inspection coursework to further strengthen my technical knowledge and code awareness.
