- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation: I meet with the client to discuss their needs, vision, and budget. Site Visit: I assess the space to understand the scope of work and take measurements. Detailed Estimate: I provide a written estimate that includes labor, materials, and timeline. Approval & Scheduling: Once the client approves, we schedule the work to begin at their convenience. Execution: I ensure the project is completed efficiently and to the client’s satisfaction. Final Walkthrough: I review the completed work with the client to ensure everything meets their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training in painting, drywall repair, flooring installation, and power washing. Over the years, I’ve completed multiple projects that have allowed me to refine my techniques and stay up-to-date with industry standards. My focus on quality and customer satisfaction is backed by years of experience and dedication to this work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always had a passion for hands-on work and helping people improve their spaces. I started in this field years ago, learning techniques through both formal training and hands-on experience. Over time, I honed my skills in painting, drywall repair, flooring installation, and other aspects of home improvement, which led to the creation of M&L Painting LLC.
