Shrubs I purchased from reputable store started dying four days after TLC planted in their newly created mulch bed. I was advised verbally and in writing to send them photos to determine what went wrong during installation and the type of flowers so they may replace them for me. Texted information and waited several days with no response. Contacted store where I purchased plants and fortunately learned of their warranty and was able to return. Easily plucked dead shrub plants from thin layer of mulch and clay dirt. Later learned hole should be twice the size as shrub container and clay soil must be mixed with planting soil or compost before planting shrubs. Called TLC 13 days after sending information since they had never gotten back with me. I was advised manager determined they did everything right before I could advised that I was able to at least return plants so they no longer needed to replace…SMH. Notably, their invoice did not include the cost of soil or compost. I advised them that I would like a reimbursement for the portion I paid to install plants and was advised they would get back to me in two days…that was a week ago.
