We had a wonderful experience with these guys. We had an initial estimate just from photos. They came out to double what they would need. Estimate actually came down and they didn’t try to up sale us at all. We are very pleased with their work and finished product. We will definitely be using them in the future!
Santos Centeno and his crew are top notch. They replaced a section of cedar siding located in a somewhat difficult location on my home and it looks great. Most importantly, Santos contacted me within 15 minutes of my initial request for an estimate and communicated regularly with me until the job was completed about a week later (other contractors take note). Very happy with the quality of their work, knowledge, and use of correct materials to prevent water intrusion. Santos made sure I was aware of the water damage they were finding hidden beneath the existing structure and made sure I agreed with his recommendations before proceeding. They started the job promptly at 8AM and wrapped everything up around 3PM with a thorough cleanup. I absolutely recommend Centeno Construction very professional, friendly and respectful. Thanks Santos and crew!
