The night before my wife and I hosted a party of over 50 people our ceiling began leaking water. I was unable to locate the source and called Patrick. Patrick came to my house and conducted a thorough inspection of my pipes, including pipes hidden behind walls. Fortunately he found the source of the leak without causing major damage to my walls and stayed until midnight to fix the leak. You wouldn’t believe how much damage a pin hole leak can make. He also advised me of other problems that may be occur in the future. I found him to be knowledgeable and efficient in his work. He had the tools and understood what equipment he needed without second guessing. And he didn’t mind chit chatting with a curious homeowner. On a separate occasion I called him to get an assessment on a service line leak and he provided valuable consultation and referred me to his network of plumbers who specializes in that type of work. Since I live in an older home and Patrick understands my plumbing system he will be my go to person from now on.
