- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $60 service call, which is discounted into the final price if we continue for a full repair. We provide discounts to military and senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a time to check out the issue with your appliance as a service call, and if it is fixed the repair is complete. If it requires a new part, we will order the correct part for your appliance and return to complete the repair charging a labor fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have had years of training and experience in appliance repair!
