Very fast response, the total for my repair was $265 (including the 60 dollar fee) and they took Venmo. My repair consisted of a replacement part which they came the next day to install. It was done very quickly and well.

I am very pleased with the work performed by Pir. My garbage disposal wasn’t working. We scheduled a time to make the assessment. After deciding it was best to replace the garbage disposal, he installed a new one the very next day (Saturday). I appreciate that the work was done quickly, efficiently, and on a Saturday! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $60 service call, which is discounted into the final price if we continue for a full repair. We provide discounts to military and senior citizens.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a time to check out the issue with your appliance as a service call, and if it is fixed the repair is complete. If it requires a new part, we will order the correct part for your appliance and return to complete the repair charging a labor fee.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have had years of training and experience in appliance repair!
