Jacob was marvelous. He diagnosed and fixed the problem for an appliance line that is very uncommon. I expected the project to consume days rather than hours. He did everything within 30 minutes. I stand in awe of his capability.

Best appliance repair experience I’ve had. They responded quickly to an inquiry, came out within a day, and immediately diagnosed the problems. Jacob, the repairman, was terrific—really nice guy, really knowledgeable about the appliance and the problem. He returned the next day with the parts, installed them quickly, checked and showed me how they were working. He was great. And I think the rates were reasonable.
