Johnny was, from start to finish, extremely professional to work with. He was responsive and prompt with start times. Johnny was also very communicative and the work was impeccable. He patched a very large hole with drywall, added new crown molding and also installed new recessed lights. It is hard to find someone with all these great qualities! I am already planning on hiring him for other projects around the house.

If you are looking for someone who can truly do it all — carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile, drywall, paint — and do it at an incredibly high level, Johnny is the one.
We completed a full master bathroom remodel with him, and the scope was significant. He removed a large jetted tub (including safely disconnecting and relocating the electrical), moved plumbing lines for a new bathtub, installed a shut-off valve, installed a heated floor system, tiled the shower and floor with epoxy grout, installed new blocking for towel hooks and toilet paper holders, mounted two recessed 20"x30" medicine cabinets, added a new vanity light, closed and relocated electrical, and completed flawless drywall and paint work. He did all of this in just two weeks — at a very reasonable price.
What sets Johnny apart is not just his technical skill (which is outstanding), but his attention to detail and communication. He confirmed every outstanding question instead of assuming. He double-checked tile layout, grout line sizing, and placement details to ensure everything looked intentional and balanced. He noticed that the two outlets above our vanity didn’t match — one was broken — and came to ask whether we wanted them replaced to match. That’s the level of care he brings. He wants the finished product to be flawless.
At one point, I asked if we could swap the outlets to include USB ports. He didn’t hesitate and didn’t charge extra. Later, I purchased a smart bidet toilet but failed to make sure he understood it wasn’t a standard toilet. After drywall and paint were complete, he realized the plumbing configuration needed adjustment. He reopened the wall, moved plumbing, and made it work — without frustration, without drama, and without nickel-and-diming us. He simply figured it out and delivered.
His workmanship is exceptional. The tile is perfectly level and spaced. The epoxy grout lines are consistent. The paint lines are crisp. The drywall is smooth as butter. Nothing is crooked. Nothing feels rushed. He protects the rest of the house carefully and cleans up thoroughly at the end of every day. His job site organization and cleanliness reflect his professionalism.
Our neighbors originally recommended him after using him for a year to fix roof issues, redo bathroom tile, repair kitchen tile, and correct poor workmanship from prior flippers. They raved about his quality and trustworthiness — and now we do too.
It can be very hit-or-miss finding someone who is talented across trades, reliable, responsive, fast, fairly priced, and an excellent communicator. Johnny checks every one of those boxes. He responds quickly to texts, shows up exactly when he says he will, and holds himself to extremely high standards.
He is truly one of the best contractor finds we’ve ever had. We would hire him again without hesitation and recommend him wholeheartedly.

Johnny was wonderful! We had holes in our ceiling due to a plumbing issue and Johnny came next day to patch up all the dry wall. He provided all the materials and paint - 2 hours later our ceiling was good as new. He’s honest with pricing, respectful, professional, kind and does great work. Definitely hire him - we will be again with any house projects.
