We must have a 10-15 minute phone conversation to ensure the customer is receiving the best possible service I can provide. Additionally, I provide a simple agreement that outlines all the requirements to be signed by the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attended bartending school and received certification in techniques of alcohol management (TAM).
