Shiny Carpet Cleaning did a great job cleaning three area rugs. When one stain did not come out during the initial cleaning (which we realized only after the rug dried), they returned the next day to ensure the stain was fully removed. The professionalism and responsiveness is top-notch. I will use them again, and highly recommend them!
