We have fair prices and we are clear about how we price our services. You will get an estimate in writing that will outline the scope of work we will be doing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to make it easy for you to schedule your first cleaning with us. Just let us know what type of cleaning you need and we will be happy to schedule you. You will receive an email confirmation with the work order attached and we will call you 30 mins before we arrive at your home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our carpet cleaning technicians are IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) certified and they attend annual, Monthly and weekly training.
