- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally I will talk to a customer on the phone or through Thumbtack to set up an estimate. For the estimate, I will drive to the site, take measurements, help the customer select carpet with a variety of samples, and provide the total cost. From there, we set up a date and time for the installation and install the carpet. And that's the whole process for getting beautiful new carpet installed in your home or business.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've been in this business for 20+ years. I've worked with all kinds of people. This means large businesses, small businesses, home owners, realtors, apartment communities, and non profit groups. I've worked with the busiest of customers, people with a lot of availability, people who want to get the job done by the end of the next day, and customers that need time to make their selections and set up the installation. Regardless of who I am working with or what their needs are, I will find a way to make sure they're happy.
