- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the type of service, the size of the area, and any add-ons, such as pet treatment or Scotchgard. We offer bundled service discounts and never surprise you with hidden fees. Estimates are always free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a brief phone call to understand your needs, followed by a free in-home estimate. I’ll measure the area, explain the process, and provide a firm quote before I leave. There is no pressure — just clear answers and fair pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 14 years of hands-on experience in carpet and upholstery cleaning, stretching, and carpet repair. I also completed specialized training in rug dyeing, bleach spot repair, and oriental rug color correction in 2018. I also have 10 years of experience in rug cleaning, and I expanded into a bigger facility in 2021 in Springfield, VA.
