Matthew did an incredible job cleaning a wood floor from a previous owner which had 16 years of wax buildup. His price was fair, he was very professional, courteous, responsible, and hard-working. My floor looks incredible. Highly recommend!

I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Total Cleaning Service. After a master bath addition, we needed carpet inconspicuously added where walls previously existed and carpet cleaning of the entire second level. It became obvious upon his arrival that carpet is Matthew’s passion. He made some observations/recommendations that I did not mention via phone, all included within the price originally quoted. After patching carpet “seamlessly” where none previously existed (closet), he also tacked down existing carpet that was pulled back for the addition before cleaning via hot water extraction (the best method to remove deep dirt and construction grime) two bedrooms, a hallway, and stairs. Lastly, he safely steam cleaned the hardwood floors on the first level to remove all construction dust, all for an INCREDIBLY reasonable price. I will use Total Cleaning Service again and again for my primary residence, rental properties, and will recommend him to friends and anyone who asks

Condo/apartment pricing is standard depending on the number of bedrooms. Houses and townhouses are priced by the sqft.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk with a new customer over the phone to get an idea of what they need done. I often arrange a time to go out for a free estimate so that we can meet each other and go over what needs to be done. I take measurements and I'm able to give an exact price before I leave your home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of experience in carpet, upholstery cleaning, and carpet repair. I took a rug dying class where I learned to do bleach spot repair, oriental rug color repair, and full room dying.
