Simply amazing! While looking for catering service for our wedding, my husband and I scheduled an appointment with Genesis Delight Catering. From the start, the communication was excellent, they understood exactly what we were going for and made it a reality. They took care of us from the food, to the table linens, and much more! The fact that its family owned and operated and the experience they have, made us feel at peace that everything was going to be great. The day of the wedding couldnt have gone any better! They were there way in advance to set up, and made everything go smoothly with no problems at all. The food was amazing! All the guests loved it. Highly recommended Genesis Delight Catering, they are passionate about what they do and genuinely care about the services they provide.

We are so glad Genesis catered our wedding! We contacted a few businesses but none of them were as professional as Genesis. Instead of trying to throw a pre made menu in our face they took their time to really understand what we were looking for.After Covid, they constantly stayed in touch and often times it was just to ensure that we were safe and doing well. Thats speaks highly of them. We got married end of August and they literally made everything turn out so perfect. Their appetizers during cocktail hour were amazing, their staff was polite and every hardworking. Dinner (buffet:fajitas) was amazing! Our guests loved the food. But their attention to detail was excellent. Our tables were set up better then we imagined!Dont hesitate to hire Genesis Delight Catering for your event!

I know many couples can relate to the experience my husband and I went through as we had a wedding planned during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our original plan was to have 150 guests, and we ended up needing to cut that down to just our parents and siblings in a beautifully intimate ceremony and reception. Weeks before our event, we inquired with Genesis Delight Catering, and the team here was extremely responsive and personalized our experience. They answered all of our questions with kindness and professionalism. The day of, they came to set up early, provided quality food, and impeccable service. We received compliments from every guest about how delicious their food was. In addition, the team from Genesis Delight Catering was a huge part of why our "Plan B" wedding ended up becoming the day of our dreams. Thank you so much GDC, we can't wait to work with you all again! I highly recommend to anyone planning an event to consider this catering service if you want one less thing to worry about and have excellent results!

Mi hija y su esposo tuvieron que cambiar sus planes de boda debido al Covid-19. Con la ayuda de Gnesis delight la boda result ser un ensueo y no tuvimos que preocuparnos por nada sino que nos relajamos y disfrutamos totalmente la boda y cena. La cena estuvo espectacular pues la presentacin y calidad fue totalmente fuera de serie. El personal es profesional 100%. At Genesis Delight Catering, we are available for drop off and full service events and can offer all rentals to include tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware etc. Event pricing can vary greatly based on food and equipment selections and we are available to assist you in preparing the best package for your taste and budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would love to speak with you first, either by phone or email to get to know you and what is most important to you for your event. We will then provide a preliminary proposal and work with you to perfect your event package. In person appointments and tastings are available based on your event needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our chef and event team each have more than 15 years experience of on the job training in catering and events. We have all worked both behind the scenes and in the field for maximum understanding of off premise catering needs, food timing and execution.
