Hernan is very thorough and does things right. He installed a bath fan with new ducting through the roof and new ducting for a microwave over the range that vents through the roof. Later, he installed a new Bryant furnace for a really good price. I got three estimates and his was the best value. But I already knew from his work of installing my bath fan and other ducting his quality was spot on and he didn’t disappoint. I am a general contractor who works with dozens of subcontractors and only 1 in 4 end up actually doing everything perfectly. Hernan is one of those subcontractors.

Hired Mr. Hernan twice, for my home in Baltimore and my home in St Charles MD. Not sure what the problems were, all I know is our AC is working and the cost was very reasonable. Yes I recommend him and yes I will use him again! Greatest thing, he doesn’t charge a fee to come out and give estimates!

Ended up not hiring. Just wanted to make you aware there is a service/diagnostic fee! Stated $100 then messaged $80 and this is not deducted from work preformed…Very misleading. Ask and confirm before having him come out. Language is not very clear as mentioned in the real reviews here.
