Introduction: our company policy is that all of our customers recieve our white-glove customer service standards and listed are just a few.
1. Answer requested emails within eight (8) hour time frame
2. Return all calls no later than twenty four (24) hours
3. We will always meet our customer's at their location and at their time frame (traffic/job size)
4. Each technician will call customer thirty (30) minutes before arrival at customer home or place of business
5. Technician will wear protective gloves when touching customer AV equipment, protective boot covers for their workboots inside the customer's home
6. Show company ID before entering premises
7. Respect the customer, so if the customer leaves the home for any reason, the technician will leave also and reschedule so the work can be completed at another date and time.
8. Use a drop cloth for the work area
9. Test product and related service systems before final installation
10. Instruct customer on how to use products and services.
There is no in between; you have to do your job right every time. Its nice to see customer's satisfied with your work.
