Rachael was everything we wanted in a coordinator. She was easily accessible whenever we needed her. She went above and beyond including running around my wife and I with sparklers multiple times so we could get a picture we wanted. During the wedding she was very friendly and professional with our other vendors and guests, but did not hesitate to take control of a situation when required. We just wish she could coordinate our daily lives.

Rachael was absolutely the best decision we could have made in choosing our Wedding Coordinator. She was the glue that held our wedding together - always so attentive and responsive to our thoughts and wishes. She really helped us mold our vision into our perfect day, and then she executed it all without flaw. On top of being incredibly organized, helpful, and professional, she is just the best person to have around. When my nerves were getting to me and I was starting to stress about the little things, she stepped right in - calm and collected - and helped me chill out. She is a true friend, and by far one of the best people we ever worked with. Our wedding was perfect because of her.

Rachael was extremely helpful through the entire process making planning the entire wedding extremely easy. We absolutely love her! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will really depend on what level of service you need, timing, size and location of your event. It can range anywhere from $1500 to $5000 or above. This is why it is critical for us to talk over your wedding details for an accurate quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will set up a meeting in person at an agreed upon location to talk about your wedding vision. If you would prefer, we can talk online or on the phone instead. If you would like to work with us, we will set up a contract and get started planning your dream wedding!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of the University of Virginia and I have completed the Associateion of Bridal Consultants (ABC) Certified Wedding Planner Program.
