Hello, my name is Randy Webb and I am the owner/operator of My Construction Services We are a full-service home improvement company that has been serving the Northern VA area since 1989. We specialize in kitchen and bathroom renovations. We also offer drywall repair/painting, electrical, plumbing repairs and all types of handyman services . William O. (lead tech) was prompt and did excellent work. I appreciate how quickly he worked. He finished an hour sooner than anticipated. My ceiling looks great, and my new ceiling track lighting picture looks great.) There was an issue with the total price I paid, but Randy rectified it w/in minutes. I would hire again.

MCS came to address two plumbing concerns I had. William showed up on time and worked very quickly. He fixed one issue and addressed the second which did not require additional work. After realizing he was also a handyman, I had him hang a giant mirror that has been sitting on the floor waiting to be hung for months. William was super friendly, very efficient, and happy to help! Will definitely be using MCS again for all of my plumbing/handyman work.

Randy and his team did a great job correcting our plumbing that was incorrectly installed, replacing our sink, rebuilding the base cabinet and faucet. They were professional and on-time.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For service call work we have a rate of $105.00 for the first hour and $60.00 per hour after. Most of our projects are priced by the job with a fixed price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communicating with the customer to discuss there project/repair needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went thru a 4 year union apprenticeship with 3 years of schooling for carpentry. That along with 27 years of experience.
