My technician did an excellent job explaining the solution to my issue and did quality work. He repaired a stairwell banister that had come loose due to foundation issues. He also repaired a piece of furniture for me. Both issues involved woodwork. He was on time and extremely personable. Blue Ridge Installation responded very promptly to my issue. This is the second time that I used the company and I will use them again. I highly recommend Blue Ridge Installation.

Alex was perfect. He arranged to come within a few hours of my call. He did a great job installing a new Lefton faucet, a new stopper, a new toilet seat cover and a floor divider strip. I plan to use his plumber partner to install a thermostatic shower valve. Alex gave me a reasonable quote ahead of time for today’s work and stuck to it. Yes, I recommend him highly.

Installed new toilet with small detail of quality in sawing off the exposed mounting bolts so the ceramic caps with be flush with the base. (The previous toilet installer had left the bolts exposed). Was on time, and kept in touch via text message on status. Cleaned up well and removed all trash. Very satisfied with him and service.
