Installed new toilet with small detail of quality in sawing off the exposed mounting bolts so the ceramic caps with be flush with the base. (The previous toilet installer had left the bolts exposed). Was on time, and kept in touch via text message on status. Cleaned up well and removed all trash. Very satisfied with him and service.

The technician was lovely but it took him nearly 3 hours to finish two toilet valve replacements. Just seemed far too long for a manageable tasks

We do want to clarify that we use flat-rate pricing rather than hourly billing, so the time required does not impact what customers are charged. While some valve replacements can be quick, others take longer depending on access, hardware condition, and setup. We always prioritize doing the job correctly and ensuring everything is functioning properly before we leave.
