If I could choose all 5 highlights I would. Cruz and Anthony came for a estimate to assess some electrical work (switches and outlet concerns). Thier professionalism and honesty was nothing short of amazing. The fact that he had no service fee was a plus. They took the time to look at all of my concerns and unscrewed a few things to asses it and that made me VERY HAPPY as a customer. Somethings were just a matter of a loose wiring. They even taught and showed me somethings I could simply fix myself (and he didn't have to) and gave me the confidence to do so as a new homeowner. To think I almost paid someone else almost $800-$900 for something that was a minor change was very much appreciated. I still have a project he will come back to work on. I am very pleased and glad I found a honest electrician that will be forever in my list of contacts for all future projects.. to include bathroom remodel and plumbing. To name a few things. Thank you gentlemen, your honesty, value and professionalism. This will keep me a long time customer.

We contracted with CCR to completely remodel our bathroom, and we could not be happier with the result. They did a fantastic job for us. This was a major remodel, requiring a complete demo down to studs and subfloor, repairing water damaged to the existing structure, re-routing sewer and plumbing to accommodate relocation of vanity, shower and toilette, then reframing to remove a closet, moving/adding doors, and a completely new shower. The result was even better than we had hoped for. I've dealt with many contractors over the years, and I've never had an experience as positive as this. I definitely recommend you consider CCR for your next remodeling job.

After we interviewed a couple contractors we decided to go with Cruz’s company because of the awesome customer service and after we dealed with him our entire kitchen remodel was awesome we met his vendors and they were also great and he took over the entire project from design to cabinets and entire kitchen layout we are is happy we got a great kitchen layout after he advised us to move a wall that mas our space small we highly recommend CCR Kitchen and Bath great skill we couldn’t thank them enough.

CCR created a custom design for my new kitchen which included moving utilities and removing and installing walls. They did an amazing job and vastly improved the beauty and functionality of the kitchen. The cabinets, counter tops, and all their materials are top quality. I was impressed with the quality of the workmanship. They were also able to get the work done quickly. I will definitely work with CCR again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always do free estimates In order to give the customer the right pricing coming out and seeing the job, doing walk through, detailed conversation over the phone will give us a better idea for what the customer is wanting. Before reaching out to a contractor, have a pretty good idea of what you want as the customer. We normally set up between 2-3 payments depending on the size of the project. When we agree on a price, we can discuss the deposit to get started on the project
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always do free estimates We are always happy to work with new customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 16 years of experience related to my work. My crew of electrician and plumbers are extremely experienced as well. WE ARE LICENSED IN THE STATE OF VIRGINIA.
