We contacted LumenHomes Builds after a stone veneer repair uncovered significant hidden water damage, including damaged sheathing, rim board, and framing. What started as a small exterior project quickly became a much larger structural repair, and we needed someone we could trust to do it correctly.
Usman and his team were excellent. They assessed the damage, explained the repair options clearly, and kept us informed throughout the process. They were professional, responsive, and focused on fixing the underlying problem rather than just covering up the visible damage.

Usman and his crew did a phenomenal job with our kitchen. Usman was very communicative and time after time, gave me assurances that his team would find a solution to whatever problem was encountered. We had a rather difficult project that only revealed its true complexity after demolition was complete. Usman took the time to ideate with us on potential options, giving his recommendations and also playing devil's advocate with some of ours. Together, we aligned on what turned out to be a great outcome. We never felt rushed; he prioritized getting it right more than anything else. There were numerous obstacles that were out of his control such as shipping delays and incorrect products being delivered and Usman handled all that with grace, giving his reassurances throughout the process. Practically speaking, we are new parents with a 5 month old when this project started and Usman's team was very respectful in keeping the area clean and being flexible with their start and end times to accommodate for us. Usman's general team that worked day to day (Daniel, Marlo, Alex, Mario, Edwin) and Jose (electrician) + Geovani (plumber) were fantastic. Extremely meticulous and detail oriented. I'm excited to have made this relationship and look forward to future projects.

Lumen Homes didn’t just finish the project. They fixed real issues, corrected inherited mistakes, and ultimately delivered a completed ADU that exceeded our expectations.
