- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will consult with you right away to see if I am the best person to help you. I quote jobs based the situation. If you can send me photos and detailed information it will help me provide an accurate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will consult with you over the phone and request photos of the area needing work. In most cases homeowners will provide or pay for the materials. I will provide you a quote for the entire job. Payment is due upon completion. I will let you know right away if I am a good fit for the work you need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors and Masters degree. I have worked in the Home Maintenance and Remodeling Business for 5+ years.
