Tomas repaired a home project that didn’t quite come out as anticipated. He did an excellent job correcting the issues and we’ll definitely be using TAB again for home improvement/repair needs.

He was very responsive with text messages and through the portal. Tomas came to our place twice and each time he was very punctual. He explained to us what the issue was and how he would fix it and he did a great job installing a new fan for us.

The light fixture in my living room stopped turning on completely. I used Thumbtack and Yelp to get a few quotes. The quote Tomas gave me was by far the cheapest. He was extremely responsive and responded back to all my my messages within minutes. This made it very easy to schedule a time with him
He arrived at my place exactly when he said he would. He troubleshooted the issue with the light switch and light fixture. Throughout the process he explained to us what he was doing and what he thought the problem was. For example, he showed us how the electricity was running in and out of our light switch to explain how he determined the issue was not with the light switch.
Overall he was extremely friendly guy. He was able to patch up the problem with our light fixture (though we need to eventually get a new one) and he offered some suggestions on what to look for in a new fixture.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is hard to determine without looking at the project, that's why we provide free estimates and then, get back to the customer within 24 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I try to take at least one continuing education class a year to stay up to date.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father's experience. He's been in this line of work for 30+ years. He loves what he does and now, I do too.
